Here's hoping Slavin is at least running slowly.

Last week I got two days of running, w/a total of 14 miles.  Both good quality runs.

This week I'm planning on 25+ miles (no higher than 30).

Ran 18.1 miles yesterday.  It was a very slow, slightly painful mud run.  I must have pulled a back muscle and I couldn't catch a deep breath.  Ran it in 10:27min/mile.  The last 1.5 miles was a fast walk, but I counted them as running miles.

6.12 miles in 9:24min/mi.  Back muscle pull is still there, but at least I can breath better.  I think it'll be gone by Wednesday.

4.5 miles in 9:30 min/mi.  I ran in the old Kayanos (model 14).  They now have just over 450 miles on them and the sole is pretty much shot on both for the outside heel area.  I noticed I had to work a lot harder with them to keep that pace compared to the Vomeros, especially uphill.  The Vomeros are so lightweight.  Think I'll stick w/a neutral shoe from now on.

9.1 miles in 9:30min/mile.  I'm definitely taking tomorrow off.
