Last week total was 28.2 miles.  This week I am hoping for 30 over 4 days.  My BIL is here from Maine and I'll probably ski next Friday and Sunday at Copper. :happy:

Ran 6.5 miles (pretty much a tempo run) in an average of 9:45.  My fastest pace so far (in maybe 5 years??)

Not sure if I did it right, but first two miles were around 10:00, then gradually increased pace: mile 3: 9:45, mile 4: 9:53, mile 5: 9:51, mile 6: 9:31, and last 0.5mi: 8:50.  I was able to run my favorite trail, so there is about 5 miles at least of no interruptions from traffic intersections.

4.13 in 10:10 ave. pace.  Was aiming for 6 or 7 miles, but felt pretty crappy, so I cut it short. 

This week is going to be tough to get 25.  Might be tough to get 20.

I kind of have that feeling.  I went out Monday for a run and completed one mile.  Then I just walked for maybe a total of 3 miles, but I didn't count it.

I haven't run yet this week but I'm aiming for 30.  I'm home as well.  :happy:

I ended up with 28 miles for the week.  I was a major slacker and then on Thursday I thought, "I'd better get my butt in gear!!"  Sometimes it's just so wonderful to be home and I have so many things that I have to do in a short period of time that I don't want to run.

Sunday:  OFF
Monday:  OFF
Tuesday:  OFF
Wednesday:  OFF
Thursday:  10 miles
Friday:  10 miles
Saturday:  8 miles

Total:  28 miles  :laugh:

Now my right leg hurts from doing so much mileage in so few days.  :meh:

Wow!  Did it all in 3 days w/back-to-back 10's.  I'm at about 16 for the week.  I got really lazy this morning.  Woke up at 6:30 and could have gone out for 10, but was too tired, so I slept until 8:30, and then it was too late.  Next week should be a decent week.  I need to look at a google pedometer type website of where my inlaws live in Bend, OR for when we visit during the week of the 21st.  I think I can get a good loop near their house on a not very busy road.  Hoping it doesn't snow while we're there.

I'm actually still hurting from those 3 back to back "longish" runs.  I think I strained a muscle. :meh:

That's what slowed me down in February.  Now my motivation is slowing me down (for overall miles, that is) for March.
