First order training business for 2010 is to get to 155 pounds and 8% body fat like I was 1 month ago.

Mine is to get up to 145 and 8% bf.  Sorry, I don't want to sound like I'm picking on you; I just need to gain some muscle.  I wonder what my bf % is right now... when I was in college it was 6-7% but right now I'm eating a lot and only running 40-45mpw.

Is it okay to use the same brand of shoes and socks while in training to the marathon itself?
