AM = 9.2 miles (2 Strava course records)

34¢ (6 coins)

I was going to do one long run but was feeling really hungry when I got back to my place. So I took a break, ate some food & even had a PBR. Then it was time for a second run...

PM = 10.5 miles

72º & sunny at 1430

Inov8 220

Now I am enjoying an Anchor Steam, which I found out was recently purchased by a Japanese brewing company.

10 miles.. longest run since my surgery. Kept wanting to push the pace but made sure to keep it slow. Got tired around 7 miles in.

Had a beer while trying to fix the kitchen sink. Unfortunately it is out of my ability to fix.

Nice job with keeping it sensible.

Hope it was a good beer. I also hope the end fix isn't very expensive.

Ran nice 6.5 mile partial trail run in Tilden Park-  Did OK except for the last uphill mile.  No adult beverages as Nat and I are cat-sitting and none were available.  Did cool down stretches with Solomon the cat who was very curious about what we were doing.  Apparently its a sedentary household.
